Developing Our High Performers: The Rebisco Internal Management Training Program

Here at Rebisco, we continually develop our most important resource…our human resources.  Last May 2010, we launched our Internal Management Trainee Program (IMTP) to provide career advancement opportunities and competency development to our high potential employees. This is also our way of: improving our “bench strength” by developing a talent pool of candidates for key positions; and, capitalizing on our human resource capabilities in achieving business objectives.

Our 1st batch of seven (7) trainees was recently announced last August 2010 and were chosen based on the results of a series of interviews and assessment among several aspiring employee candidates. Our trainees shall undergo a comprehensive technical and leadership competencies development training, execute a project for the improvement of their respective department’s operations, and  go through familiarization of the different processes of the company.

 In Rebisco, we constantly seek to develop our capability in people. This is to ensure that our employees can always look forward to the path where they want to take their careers.
