Mr. Jonathan C. Ng is Honored as an Industry Disruptor at The Business Manual CEO Awards 2025

Mr. Jonathan C. Ng, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) Group of

Food Companies, was honored as one of 21 disruptive business leaders at this year’s Business Manual

CEO Awards, held last January 27 at The Bonifacio Hall, The Fort Shangri-La.

With the theme “Honoring Industry Disruptors”, the distinction was given to visionary leaders who are

reshaping business landscapes, pushing boundaries, challenging the norm, and setting new standards of success.

Awardees were selected from a pool of nominees with the following qualifications: Innovation,

Adaptability, and Disruptive Leadership, Effective Management and Strategic Governance, Brand

Influence and Recognition in their Industry, Personal Image and Credibility, and Contribution to Society. 

From humble beginnings, Rebisco has risen to become a company built on family moments — a well-

loved snack icon and leader in the Philippine industry with a strong global presence. Under the

leadership of Mr. Ng and the dedication of employees, the Rebisco Group diversified to include more

companies in its food portfolio such as a dessert restaurant and local bakeshop. A trading enterprise,

food packaging corporation, community retail chain, and a sports and entertainment company number

among its non-food business ventures.

The award is a tribute to the role of Mr. Jonathan C. Ng as a disruptive business leader who drives

innovation for and within Rebisco, inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaving a positive

impact through the delight of shared moments.
