Building Bridges in Lanao del Norte through the REBISConstruct Program

From August 2024 to February 2025, the REBISConstruct Program made meaningful strides in

Lanao del Norte through our collaborative efforts with the Department of Education (DepEd)

and the Philippine Army’s 503rd Brigade. The initiative focused on improving school facilities for

learners, to create more inclusive and positive learning environments.

The program saw the construction of a new school canteen at Kapatagan Elementary School

and the renovation of the existing canteen at Lala National High School. These enhancements

are more than just infrastructure as they are symbols of care and commitment to education.

This partnership was built on Rebisco’s ongoing engagement with DepEd and the Philippine

Army, beginning in 2023 when we successfully transported 200,000 copies of Rebisco-branded

worksheets to Last Mile Muslim schools. Together, we are making education more accessible

and impactful for students in the region.

The project was officially turned over last March 2025, marking another proud milestone in the

mission to uplift communities through education and unity.

Rebisco is truly grateful to DepEd Lanao del Norte and the Philippine Army for the partnership

we have nurtured since 2023. With the continued support of our Marketing teams, we hope

that more school projects will be launched to enhance the learning and health of students

nationwide, especially those in far-flung areas.
