Mr. Jonathan C. Ng is named ‘Executive of the Year’ at the PVL Press Corps Awards Night

Congratulations to our head, Mr. Jonathan C. Ng, for being named the Philippine Volleyball League (PVL)

Executive of the Year!

Mr. Jonathan C. Ng, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) Group of

Food Companies, was awarded 'Executive of the Year' at the first-ever Pilipinas Live Philippine Volleyball

League Press Corps Awards Night, last May 28 at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Quezon City.

Mr. Ng won the award with a total of 12.8 points, composed of 9.6 media votes and 3.2 team votes from the

head coaches and captains of the 12 PVL teams.

After becoming a household name in snacks, Rebisco, under the leadership of Mr. Ng, championed

Philippine sports through volleyball — bringing honor to the nation with one of the most successful

volleyball franchises in the country.

Mr. Ng's business expertise, combined with his love of the sport, has led to the rise of Rebisco's

professional teams — the Creamline Cool Smashers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans, and Criss Cross King

Crunchers — playing in the spirit of passion, excellence, and a deep family-like bond on and off court.

Since 2017, record-breaking highs have included 10 championships and a clean sweep of the 2024 PVL

season, back-to-back silver medals at the All-Filipino Conferences, and silver medals at three Spikers’

Turf Conferences.

Philippine volleyball.
