Rebisco Provides Relief Support to Earthquake-Affected Public Schools in Mindanao

Following the strong earthquake that struck the Davao Region in October, Rebisco quickly

mobilized relief efforts, distributing support to affected school communities within one week.

In coordination with the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of National

Defense, specifically the Philippine Army, Rebisco delivered more than 12,000 boxes of Fudgee Barr to over 3,100 public schools across Mindanao. This initiative aimed to extend comfort and

assistance to learners and educators as they resumed classes after the disaster.

Relief distribution was made possible through the full support of the Philippine Army — 10

CMO Battalion, 10th Infantry Brigade (Davao) and 503rd Infantry Brigade (Lanao del Norte),

whose teams helped transport goods safely to even the most last mile and heavily impacted

public schools.
