1. Application

New vacancies are advertised on a monthly basis and information regarding the open positions is readily available. 2. Initial Assessment
To ensure quality and suitability of talents, Rebisco uses a series of comprehensive online assessment tools. Part of this is the administration of Personality and Mental Ability Tests, which will identify your skills and preferences. We believe that this is a vital tool as it reveals your key competencies that do not usually emerge during interviews.
3. Initial Interview
A virtual / phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will be held once you pass the initial assessment. Here, you are given the chance to showcase your accomplishments and further prove your suitability to be part of the organization. In the same way, it is our turn to address your queries regarding our company.
4. Department Interview
Upon endorsement of application to the hiring department, the Department Head may request for a series of virtual interviews. A more in-depth assessment is done based on your technical skills. The make or break point of your future career in Rebisco lies here.
5. Hiring and Job Offer
After the rigorous process you went through, we finally welcome you as part of the Rebisco family. The job offer, compensation package, and the pre-employment requirements will be discussed with you in full detail.

Initial screenings are conducted on a scheduled basis. Only those applicants that qualify for certain positions are invited to take the assessment test battery. Other applications that do not fit any current openings are kept for future reference.
What will happen to my application if I failed the exam and interview?
Applicants who failed during the screening process are advised to re-take the exam after a period of 6 months. Thus, if you would like to apply for other upcoming opportunities after this period, you are most welcome to do so.
How do I get updates regarding the status of my application?
The Talent Acquisition Team gives updates through email, phone calls or SMS. Hence, you should constantly check and update the information you provided in the online account you created. You may also contact any member of our team by sending an email to careers@rebisco.com.ph to make a follow-up at least one week after the initial assessment.
How long is the usual application process?
Aside from the ongoing pandemic situation, a number of factors are considered in the recruitment process, such as the urgency of the vacant position and availability of both parties (applicant and the interviewer). Given this, we do not guarantee a specific timeline for the whole application process. Please be assured that your application will still undergo utmost attention and proper monitoring.
