Family Day Grand Fiesta: Viva Rebisco! Rebisco Celebrates its First Family Day in Person

The sunny Saturday morning of May 6, 2023 was the perfect day to hold Rebisco’s first in-person Family Day

celebration at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium, Malate, Manila. With the theme “Grand Fiesta – Animnapung Taong

Saya Kasama ang Pamilya,” more than 3,000 employees and their family members convened together for an

unforgettable day filled with games, prizes, amazing performances, famous personalities and fun activities!
 

 

 The festivities began with a prayer of thanksgiving and opening remarks, followed by an ati-atihan-themed

entrance parade of employee participants who joined the family games and dance contest. All challengers

unleashed their competitive side after eyeing the contest and raffle prizes that would be generously awarded to all

event winners.

More surprises took place in the afternoon. Song and dance numbers were performed by in-house talents from

Rebisco Rhythm n’ Grooves, a club where employees can enhance and demonstrate their musical abilities. The

program ended with a mini-concert, where performers serenaded the audience with relatable love songs that

everyone sang along to and enjoyed.

The importance of “Pamilyang Rebisco” was emphasized—that these are not just words but a way of life and

thinking. The reason Rebisco remains intact is its strong foundation, built on the values of a familial culture that

transcends the walls of physical offices. Whenever we celebrate our togetherness, there is a sense of fulfillment

since we see each other as one big family.

This day would not be possible without the People and Culture - Operations team that spearheaded the event,

and all event committee members, performers and employees who participated in the much-awaited Family Day

Grand Fiesta.
